Facts and Figures
IFES currently employs 18 full-time personnel and rents 3,461 ft² of modern accommodation in the Banbury Road in Oxford.
UCCF employs 28 full-time staff in three interconnecting Victorian buildings in De Montfort Street, Leicester, occupying 6,876 ft? of space. Part of this accommodation is owned freehold and will be sold to partially fund the move to Oxford. This building no longer conforms to the latest regulations relating to disabled access and would require major investment were UCCF to remain there.

The two organisations between them are currently paying £10,000 in rent every month. Free from the burden of rental, they will be better able to focus on their primary task of student ministry.
Ownership
The new home in Oxford will be owned jointly by IFES and UCCF.
Costs
An analysis of the total likely costs of purchase, re-location and equipping of the new facility has been carefully prepared. Today, these costs stand at £4.6m. The Kirby Laing Foundation has pledged a lead gift of £1million, and when currently held restricted funds, pledges and potential sales of existing property are factored into the equation we are left with a remaining need of £2.85m. The project is therefore already 38% funded!
